I decided to venture into the North Carolina Coastal Plain to catch the far southwestern edge of the 8/12/26 solar eclipse. In Eure, NC where this was taken with my Seestar S50, the max obscuration was 1.13% at 1:57pm. This was my second partial solar eclipse and I have witnessed 2 total eclipses in 2017 and 2024 respectively. Obviously this was more for the novelty as there was no real drama associated with it on the ground.
