What an amazing partial solar eclipse! I fortunately captured five images at the peak eclipse time before Pacha Mama, Mother Nature spoiled the show with fluffy clouds. Hazy skies softened the images a bit. At the same time, I was getting lightning strike warnings closeby from my Lightning Detector app! Shortly after it started to rain.
For photo enthusiasts, captured with a Nikon D850 and Nikkor 500 f/4G VR ED Nano lens. A Thousand Oaks Optical White Light Solar filter was used to shoot directly at the sun.
1/1000 sec | f/11 | ISO 2500 | Manual Mode | WB Daylight.
