Details:
Shortly after a heavy rain, I went out and with the full moon coming out from behind the clouds behind me, I saw what appeared to be a light glow arching in the sky. First thinking of an old spotlight, it had an arch that suggested a rainbow, but without any visible color. My suspicions were confirmed when it again rained lightly shortly after, which must have been the rain that created the refraction.
I did not get a picture of it, but did take one of the moon.
