Details:
There was a bright silvery cloud with sharply defined edges and wisps directly to the east, visible at 5:17 AM Eastern Standard Time. It was high above the other clouds that were visible at the bottom of the horizon, and did not appear to be shadowed as those clouds had been at the time. At 5:24 AM EST, the white/silvery cloud was vanishing, and by 5:35 AM, it was all but gone. The only remaining clouds then began to glow from sunlight at around 5:50 AM EST, and none of them bore any resemblance to the one seen before it.
