Details:
It was not visible naked eye at first, and I was inside processing my first few shots when this substorm occurred, which probably would have been visible naked eye. This is a 30-second exposure at ISO 400 with a 28mm Nikkor lens at f/4 on a Nikon D850, taken from my back yard in Polvadera, about 70 miles south of Albuquerque.
