Details:
On Saturday, May 17, 2026, I managed to photograph the "old" Moon, not even 23 hours old, over Bratislava Castle and St. Martin's Cathedral in Bratislava. The Moon was not even 23 hours after the new moon and the Moon was illuminated by 1.3%. At 18:47 UT, I managed to capture the crescent Moon in the sky for the first time. At that time, it was 22 h 45 m from the new moon. Bratislava, Slovakia Canon 6D MkII, 300 mm
