Details:
Currently, a distinct trough pattern is dictating the weather over Germany. There is plenty of rain—but also sunshine. However, it is very cool for mid-May. For the past few days, there have been spectacular displays of rainbows. Yesterday evening marked the absolute highlight: an extremely bright double rainbow! It stood in the sky with this intensity for over an hour. It was a magnificent sight to see how the primary rainbow scattered light into the interior of its area. Even the secondary rainbow was so bright that it, too, scattered light outward! Between them lay Alexander's Dark Band. Canon EOS 6D, ISO 100, Pentacon 50 mm
