Details:
Full Moon and an opportunity to see the Moonset in the Earth's shadow, how deeply embedded in the shadow depends on the dynamics of the season. This morning it was optimum with Sunrise and the Earth's shadow well synchronized to Moonset. This image is over my backyard fence, overlooking Tucson AZ and the Mountains to the south. Captured with a Leica M11 EV1 and a 1966 build vintage Leica 50 mm summicron rigid lens chosen for its color render and sharpness for this capture.
