First sunlight and illumination of Alphonsus Peak.No Transient Lunar Phenomena being normal appearance.It is demonstrated for the recurrence of brightness as seen in observations made under the same specific lighting conditions. It has been the subject of some my old observations and study started in 2004 (see also Lena, R.; Cook, A. Emergence of low relief terrain from shadow: An explanation for some TLP. J. Br. Astron.
