Details:
Rather short lived, but unexpected and very bright for a while. I didn't have time to get away from the lights in the neighborhood, but I managed avoiding most of them.
Nikon D5, 24 mm Rokinon lens at f/1.4, ISO 1600, 0.6 second exposure
