Details:
I was time lapsing the sunset, and I noticed a purple hue appeared across the western sky. Not aurora or air glow, rathe volcanic eruptions that inject sulfur dioxide and ash high into the stratosphere, where these aerosols scatter blue light and mingle with red light from the setting sun, creating a purple or violet hue. It was awesome to see the fiery red orange sunset transition into a purple hue.
