Details:
I observed my 67th solar eclipse today from Mauritius, from the roof terrace of my hotel room at the Westin Turtle Bay. At first, it looked as if the clouds would thwart my plans, but right on time for first contact, the sky cleared in the west, just as the weather forecast had predicted. Magnitude of this partial eclipse which was annular in the Antarctica was 0.432 at my location.
