Details:
Over Chicago in Nov 2025, though there were terrific aurorae of green and purple and some red, one faint red feature persisted in the W-NW direction and did not appear to brighten or shift for a while. At the time, likely it was a red aurora, but could it have been a SAR? Attached is a hasty, unretouched 20-sec exposure of this feature taken w/ Canon Rebel T1i. (Other images one can scroll at named website above, but they're mostly of other sky objects w/ some light commentary; more to be posted later.)
