Details:
more Aurora in Arizona last night and this morning. We ran the automated camera all night long from sunset to first light and the northern sky was glowing red on and off all night long. the best was at 12:31 am this morning, when this photo was taken. Not only can you see the deep north red aurora, greenish waves of airglow, and yes those ruddy wisps in the rest of the sky are cirrus clouds coming in. Canon Xti, 8mm f/3.5 fisheye lens, 2min exposure.
