What a show!!!
EXTREME AURORA BOREALIS OVER SAXONY AND CENTRAL EUROPE! POLAR CAP RADIO ABSORPTION EVENT!
What an incredible Aurora borealis event today!! Extremely bright, green bands stretching across the zenith; you could almost read a newspaper. The landscape was incredibly bright... A dream! Other people from a nearby village joined me at my location; it was a great group!
The low values (GW) in the Ovation Aurora Model were astonishing, only 50 GW and this great Aurora.
Taken on the Landberg hill near Herzogswalde, 17 km southwest of Dresden.
