Details:
Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) on 20 October 2025 at 17:30 UT (center) observed in Pryszczowa Góra, Poland. The sky was clear - Bortle 4.6; temperature: -1 C. The comet altitude: 17d34'. Telescope: Camera lens Jupiter 37A f=135mm/3.5 @f/4. Camera: Canon 6D 1600 ISO. Exposure: 41x30s - integration time 20.5 min. Tracker mount: Star Adventurer. Processing: DeepSkyStacker, IRIS - written by Christian Buil, GIMP. All calibrated frames (darks, bias, flats) were stacked on the comet. FOV 10.2deg x 15.3deg. Aperture photometry of the comet performed in IRIS. Measured total magnitude mC=4.2 +/-0.1 mag, magnitude in V band mV=4.3 +/-0.1 mag @Dia=20'. Tail: 12deg in p.a. 10deg. Effective diameter of the comet's nucleus is 4.4 (+/-1.2) km assuming phase coefficient 0.030 +/-0.005 mag/deg and albedo 0.04, and using my method published in Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society, Volume 492, Issue 3, March 2020 Pages 4175-4188, https://doi.org/10.1093/mnras/stz3597
