Details:
The Christmas-weather here in Tromsø was a rather gloomy story this year with rain clouds and strong winds. Today, however, the first polar stratospheric clouds (PSCS) could be seen through small gaps in the rain-clouds. The time around winter solstice is usually a good time to look for PSCs and this year was no exception. Lets hope for more in the days to come!
