I wasn't sure before but this looks like dune aurora, this time in red. Very faint but Canon 6D managed to pick them up. I submitted the pic before but I've tweaked it a bit to bring out detail and lessen haze. The phenomenon persisted for several hours. Canon 6D, ISO 3200, 13s, Samyang XP14mm, f2.4. Please ignore previous accidental image of blurred comet.
