Details:
Early evening low grade Aurora display at 19.00hrs UT for 30 mins to North under Ursa Major from near Torphins, scotland. Shortlived rays, ill defined and little colour. Cloud increasing and by 80.15 display waning. First clear night and no moon for several months.
Nikon D700 ISO 6400 10 secs using Tokina SD Zoom at 28mm f5.6
