Is the December supermoon worth the hype? Here is a comparison with the April 13th micro-moon. I have also uploaded a picture of the November 2025 supermoon.
All taken with the same camera and at the same focale length (Nikon Z7 & Nikkor Z 180-600 at 600mm)
Conclusion: side by side the difference is visible. But not that impressive. And it's difficult to notice any difference in size between November and December's Supermoon.
