Details:
When I got off work this morining at around 0515h the sky was clear and dark. About half an hour later just as it was starting to get light I noticed a bright patch of clouds on the eastern horizon. The color and structure pointed to the remnants of a Space X launch from Vandenberg. But the only launch indicated was at 0048 - five hours earlier! Hard to believe the vapor trails would still be visible that long after launch. I have seen vapor trails at that time of the day before but usually more towards the south and not spread out into an almost cirrostratus formation. Curious, but beautiful!
