Details:
Seen from Fort Collins Colorado, the aurora flared up again around 9:30pm local time and was so strong that it pushed overhead and was visible looking due east. You can see Orion's belt. The only other time this has happened at 40 degrees north was during the May 2024 storm. About 20 minutes later the entire aurora disappeared. What a show!
