Details:
I saw that someone posted on Facebook that the sky had lit up. I checked softservenews.com and spaceweather.com both to see what was going on and had to do a double take at the Kp number. I hadn't seen intensity like this since 2017 while living in Vermont. This was an intensely bright storm. Notably visible out of the north facing windows of the house, I could see the sky was glowing red. I grabbed my Olympus OM-D Em10 MkII with a Rokinon 12mm ƒ/2 and headed out. The first image I took must have been near the onset and it was one of THE brightest I've personally ever seen. I had to back the ISO down to 640 for just 3 seconds of exposure in order to not completely overcook the photos. What a night!
