Details:
The 22nd September 2025 Equinox occurred at 18.19 UTC (20.19 local time in Mutare). From my viewpoint on Murambi Heights the Equinox Sun was observed setting behind the summit of Murahwa Mountain about three hours earlier as shown in the accompanying images. Added interest was provided by swallow passes in front and above the Equinox Sun as it was setting. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
