Details:
Thru a 10-inch reflector telescope the craters at the extreme edge of the moon were clearly visible after the clouds moved away at 06:19 BST this morning, the 20th of September 2025. It was difficult to photograph in the bright dawn light. I found the Nasa webpage 'Moon Phase and Libration, 2025' helpful to identify the following craters: Kraft, Cardanus, Cavalenus, Hevelius, Riccioli, Grimaldi, Cruger, Darwin, Lamarck, Lagrange, Piazzi. https://svs.gsfc.nasa.gov/5415/
