Details:
I went out just before dawn and couldn’t help but notice two fairly bright lights. I knew they couldn’t be satellites- they were not blinking or moving and had a different kind of glow. I was looking about 20 degrees north of east and abt 15 degree angle of elevation. I knew planets are mostly viewable at dawn and mostly plantets occupy the space right above the horizon.
