I tried for a closeup of AR 4143 pulsating but it's a bit sketchy because of Newton's rings. However, it clearly shows that several of the central sunspots are pulsating individually and spreading out circular waves. Apparently, the pulsing can be regular or not but I think these are all pretty regular. Video is 600x real time.
