Details:
Around midnight I observed very bright Noctilucent Clouds. They were unusually high above the horizon. After a very hot day, a lot of moisture had reached the upper layers of the atmosphere, where it froze, forming a beautiful midsummer natural phenomenon - Silver Clouds(Sudrabainie mākoņi), as we call them in Latvia. The observation was made just after midnight on July 3. About an hour later the clouds became less bright.
