Details:
Here is the sun from this morning recorded with a 102mm f/7 spectroheliograph. ASI183mm camera. The sky was clear, but gray due to Canadian wildfire smoke. I had to increase the gain substantially (usually zero, but had to image at 80 gain)....and the seeing was just so-so.
