Details:
I captured a small prominence on May 17th and noticed a loop of plasma erupted in front of it and snapped into space. The original animation frames were each made from 30 second videos and were blurred because the event happened so quickly. So I divided all the original footage into 5 second clips and reprocessed them. This time the animation frames were much sharper and I had 6 times as many to make this slow motion animation. The original video is also shown below.
