Details:
The first photo was taken at 11:23 in Brockway, Montana.You can see the same cloud formations and the same bright white yard light in the second photo taken ten minutes later. The second photo is the shaft of light coming from due North and reaching South across 2/3 of the sky. It didn't last very long, maybe 5-10 minutes.
