Details:
Glowing white light. Very bright to the naked eye. It faded from top to bottom. Camera timestamps from 23:26 to 23:34 Mountain. I don't know how long it was there before I saw it. I had been standing back behind a wall with the camera aimed to the right of the light before I saw it.
