Details:
Taken 10 minutes apart on May 7, the pictures compare a view of the H alpha chromosphere above the active region AR4079 with an offband view of the low chromosphere. Light bridges, Ellerman bombs and umbral dots are easily seen in both pictures. Celestron 8 solar telescope with Solar Spectrum 0.3 A filter.
