Details:
The values beforehand suggested a more intense show. Unfortunately, the Bz value tipped north again. At first, only a diffuse violet area was visible, with hardly any structures. They were already packing the equipment into the car when, suddenly, gray-white beamers became visible to the naked eye! So, they set up again... This was actually a quick photo, hence the rather brightly lit field in the foreground... but still the best picture of the evening... 😉. Here, it was only around 50 GW (!) at the much higher values, hardly anything was visible!
