Details:
On the night of March 21st-22nd, between 11 PM and midnight local time (UTC+2), I observed the following: Initially, to the east of the city, I saw an exceptionally bright, luminous, thin ribbon stretching from horizon to horizon in a North-South direction, moving towards the city. I am absolutely certain it wasn't clouds, as I thoroughly checked meteorological satellite imagery later that night, and within a 200km radius, the sky was crystal clear during that time. Then, this phenomenon began to rapidly move in the opposite direction. Simultaneously, a ribbon of a familiar ghostly greenish light began to slowly stretch across the sky from north to south. This phenomenon was clearly visible to the naked eye, even in the brightly lit urban environment, for at least an hour (I eventually had to stop observing due to the cold =D). I apologize for the poor image quality, as the photos were taken with a budget smartphone.
