Solar activity continues in a rather interesting way, namely an eruption behind the western edge of the sun. The peak on the SID monitor record has an unusual shape, so it is like a gradual wave of radiation. The GOES satellite record from 24.2 and 25.2, however, shows something like an ionospheric tsunami. The first wave was at a time when the D layer of the ionosphere was absent, so the SID monitor RUDY BASE did not record it. The second, at high noon, and so the CME M3.46 is clearly visible on the record
