Details:
These looked more like Nacreous clouds than any sundog I have ever seen. One photo is enhanced to show how far the colors stretched. Very visible to the eye, the enhanced photo is closer to what it actually looked like. Very different. Photos taken in Portsmouth, VA. around 5 PM. Seems a bit south for these.
Maybe someone with more experience can verify or correct me. Thanks!
