Details:
With the comet around 12 degrees above the horizon an hour after sunset, it is becoming easier to see with the unaided eye from a rural location. I used both a Nikon D5600 with a 50mm & a D750 with a 135mm & 400mm lens. The view with the 400mm is similar to what I was seeing in 25 x 100 bino's. I could detect about 14 degrees of tail by eye just before the 'head' set.
