Details:
Last night, Comet ATLAS could be seen with the naked eye in the sky over Buenos Aires. I estimate a magnitude of -0.5 to -1. Bright enough to be seen in full evening twilight and just 6 or 7 degrees above the west-southwest horizon. This photo is a stack of 5 0.5 second shots, obtained with my 80/480 refractor telescope and a Canon T7i digital camera. Seen with binoculars, the comet is a wonderful sight, displaying a tail of at least two degrees.
