Details:
What an amazing year! Even here above the Arctic circle, Polar Stratospheric Clouds (PSCs) is a rare sight. Typically, PSCs can only be seen about once a year, but in January 2025 I have seen them most days during the last week. Today`s display was particularly colourful and everywhere people forgot about the snow-clouds and stopped their daily activities to enjoy the spaceweather. Nikon D4s, AF-S Nikkor 70-200 mm.
