Details:
C/2024 G3 Atlas +2 days after Perihelion, From Arizona. January 15 starting at 10:21 am MST (17:21 UTC), 10" f/3.9 Newtonian, 1000 exposures each 0.03s combined into one stack. ASI083, Payson Arizona. the comet is now 8 degrees from the Sun. I find it most amusing that I can get a better shot in the daytime than what is currently possible from the northern hemisphere at sunset.
