Details:
Comet was extremely low to the horizon. Quick photo shows the comet to the upper right of the building. Very difficult to see picture with the tail pointing to the upper right shot with an iPhone held up to binoculars. Window was short 6:40-6:53am EDT. Binoculars a must. Not naked eye visible.
