Details:
I took this photo of Friday evening's conjunction of the young crescent Moon and Venus using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The conditions were poor with a partly cloudy sky and a bitterly cold wind blowing. The two celestial objects were less than 3 degrees apart. Venus was illuminated 54.1% and the 4.1-day-old Moon 17.7%. The phone settings were ISO 500, 322mm, f/2.2, and 1/60s.
