After taking some pics of the tail-end of the Aurora I decided to get some pictures of the area around Orion and Taurus. After checking the first image, I noticed a red band stretching towards the western horizon. I think this maybe the SAR or stable auroral red arc. My friend, Jason Evans was with me and also got some images. If it is the SAR, it's a first for me! Canon 70d, 10-18mm lens @10mm, ISO3200, 20s exposure F4.5.
