Details:
We saw auroras from our flight headed back to Anchorage. The aurora was visible as soon as we took off in Seattle!
Fast forward 8 hours, I saw auroras at 8 am from south Anchorage (after a quick recovery nap). The purple was visible with naked eyes! I’ve never seen anything like this before.
