Details:
A beautiful photo of the planet Jupiter one week before the opposition on 7 December, so almost at the minimum distance from Earth. From the left you can see the satellites Ganymede, Europa and Io, and you can easily see two white spots on the southern equatorial band.
In the second photo you can see Jupiter with his moon Europa and the Great Red Spot, slightly visible near the western edge. Some details are visible on the bands and the two white spots of the previous image.
