Details:
At 6.46 pm on 7th December, Jupiter with two of its Moons Europa (above) and Ganymede (below) was photographed rising above a ridge in Cecil Kop Nature reserve to the NNE of my residence on Murambi Heights, Mutare. The sky was clear and a good view was obtained despite slight heat haze due to an early evening temperature of 32 degrees Celsius. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in manual exposure mode (f/6.4, 1.6 sec at ISO-400).
