Details:
About 45 minutes before sunrise this cold morning after a storm front moved through the area, these clouds appeared which looked very similar to NLCs. I've seen them often in northern states and Europe but never at such a low latitude. Not sure if they're true NLCs or something else. Was that electric-blue bright color contrasting the dawn.
