Details:
It finally cleared out at sunset so I could see the comet. By the time these pictures were taken, the comet was visible to the naked eye even though where I live there is some light pollution and the moon was nearly full. The tail was well over 10 degrees long. Canon Rebel T5i at 78 mm, f/5.6, ISO 800, 10 sec and 15 sec exposures at 7:45 and 7:46 pm EDT
