Details:
I have been going out to take Aurora photos for many years now, and last night was undoubtedly the best display I have ever seen. The big solar storm in May was incredible, and it held the best Aurora spot until last night. I witnessed numerous "cinnamon bun" structure and some absolutely spectacular auroral coronas. The colors were incredibly vibrant, and I am so glad that I stayed out all night to witness this historic event. Pentax K-1 II with Pentax 15-30mm HD lens. Photos at 10mm with 1600-6400 ISO and 2-6s exposure.
